In order to strengthen our university’s information technology infrastructure and provide you with a more secure, efficient, and uninterrupted communication environment, a comprehensive system upgrade will be carried out on our Exchange e-mail servers.

• Maintenance Period: Saturday, May 23, 2026 – Sunday, May 31, 2026
• Affected Services: Institutional e-mail services (Outlook, Webmail, and mobile device access)

Important Notes:

• During the specified dates, brief and intermittent interruptions in access to our e-mail services may occur from time to time. These interruptions will not be continuous and are expected only during infrastructure transition processes.
• Your e-mail flow will continue automatically during and after the upgrade process.
• There is no need to renew your passwords or make any additional settings changes on your devices during this process.

Security Warning: The Information Technologies Department never requests your password or personal information under such circumstances or in general. Please do not trust suspicious e-mails containing such requests.

To avoid unnecessary data or workflow loss, we kindly ask you to plan your important tasks in consideration of this schedule.
