Planning & Coordination
Our Directorate plans and implements the university’s information and communication technology services and ensures coordination in these areas. It operates under the Office of the Secretary General within the organizational structure.
Infrastructure Design & Installation
By closely following the latest technologies, it structures the university’s IT infrastructure with a strong and modern architecture; carries out the procurement, installation, and network configuration of computers and peripheral devices.
Maintenance & Operations
Provides regular maintenance services for servers, networks, and computer systems; carries out all operational processes required for uninterrupted operation.
Information Security
Establishes, manages, and keeps the information security infrastructure up to date; takes necessary measures to protect the university against cyber threats.
Software Integration
Procures, installs, and integrates software required by academic and administrative units in a manner compatible with existing systems.
Service Continuity & Support
Ensures uninterrupted operation of the university’s web portal and e-mail services; provides technical support for device and network failures.
Risk Management & New Units
Prepares regular IT risk reports, takes measures for high-risk areas, and meets the technological infrastructure needs of newly established units.
