Information Technology Coordination Branch Directorate

The Information Technology Coordination Branch Directorate is responsible for ensuring the effective and orderly execution of the administrative, financial, and coordination processes of the Information Technology Department. Within this scope, its duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • To ensure the execution of personnel affairs and employee records of the Department.
  • To carry out document registration, distribution, filing, and archiving processes of the Department.
  • To plan and execute strategic planning, budgeting, accounting processes, personnel management, vehicle usage, and other administrative activities related to the Department’s operations.
  • To carry out inventory registration and counting of the Department’s movable assets, prepare management accounts, and submit year-end accounts to the relevant units.
  • To provide meeting organization and secretariat services in line with the Department’s work schedule.
  • To develop solution proposals for issues faced by internal end users within the university and communicate them to relevant managers and units.
  • To monitor request and procurement processes for the acquisition of tools, equipment, and materials required for service delivery.
  • To monitor stock levels of consumable materials and ensure the procurement of spare parts and other auxiliary products.
  • To carry out processes related to the storage and transfer of end-of-life tools, equipment, and materials to warehouses and unit archives.
  • To ensure coordination in determining the Department’s needs for tools, equipment, and materials.
  • To perform other duties assigned within the framework of applicable legislation and relevant directives.
