How can I connect to the BU_Guest network?

When you connect to the "BU_Guest" broadcast from your device, https://guest.cc.bogazici.edu.tr will open automatically. If it doesn’t, open this page in your browser, fill out the form, and a 4-digit password will be sent to your phone. Enter the required information on the login page and click "Log In." You can now use the internet for 4 hours.

I cannot log in to the Board/Committee Management System.

Your password may be incorrect.: Please log in to your Boğaziçi University email account at bumail.bogazici.edu.tr to verify that your password is correct.

Your password should not contain Turkish characters or special characters. If your password was created this way, you need to set a new password at mail.bogazici.edu.tr.

You may not have access permission.: All full-time faculty members, lecturers, instructors, part-time faculty who continue working after retirement from our University, and Emeritus faculty members of Boğaziçi University can access the Board/Committee Management System.

If you meet the above criteria, you can request access through the BIM workflow system (istakip.bogazici.edu.tr).

How can I create an alumni email account?

Alumni who wish to obtain an alumni account can register in the "Alumni Information System" and get an email account with the @alumni.bogazici.edu.tr domain. (https://mezun.bogazici.edu.tr)

* Alumni accounts are created in the format: first.last.graduationyear@alumni.bogazici.edu.tr.

** Alumni accounts have unlimited quota and can be used with forwarding.
