According to Microsoft’s official announcement, technical support for the Windows 10 operating system ended as of October 14, 2025. Therefore, all devices currently running Windows 10 within our university must be upgraded to Windows 11.

As part of the transition process, users who require assistance are kindly requested to contact the IT Department – Hardware Support Branch for support in the following areas:

• Checking your device's compatibility with Windows 11

• Performing software updates and upgrade procedures

• Resolving technical issues and submitting support requests
