As part of system and security updates on our VPN (Virtual Private Network) servers, the BUVPN system was launched on March 11, 2024. During this period, the old VPN system remained operational to prevent any disruption.

Starting from July 1, 2024, the old VPN system will be deactivated, and access using the old profile file will no longer be possible. To avoid service interruptions, users must use the updated BUVPN profile file.

For potential connection issues, you can submit a request and receive support through the İş Takip Sistemi (Work Tracking System).

For information security reasons, access to certain applications is only possible via BUVPN:

• BUCard

• İş Takip Sistemi (Work Tracking System)

• Budget Management Application

The number of applications accessible via BUVPN will be increased. To stay updated on applications that will be accessible via BUVPN, please check the Announcements section on https://bilgiislem.bogazici.edu.tr/.
