Dear Members,

As of November 15, 2024, our Email List Management System (mailman.boun.edu.tr) has been migrated to “mailman.bogazici.edu.tr” in line with our corporate identity and is now operational in its updated version, which offers improved usability and many new features.

In this context:

• All email lists have been renewed under the ‘bogazici.edu.tr’ domain,

• Email addresses of list members have been converted to the ‘@bogazici.edu.tr’ format.

Additionally, as with our corporate email system, messages sent to lists with the “…@list.boun.edu.tr” extension will continue to be delivered through the corresponding “…@list.bogazici.edu.tr” addresses.

To ensure information security, our identity and access management processes have been updated. Accordingly:

• If you are the owner, moderator, or subscriber of any email list, you can log in to the system using your Boğaziçi University email account username and password instead of the old Mailman password.

• Users with list administrator privileges can log in using their Boğaziçi University accounts and manage their lists easily.
