Duties and Responsibilities
The Digital Campus Directorate carries out technical, administrative, and support processes related to e-learning, online courses, account management, cloud services, and video conferencing infrastructures at our university. Below are the main duties and responsibilities of our unit.
Educational Technology Support
Providing information technology support to instructional designers, educational technologists, and software/system specialists.
Learning Management System
Managing educational processes via e-learning systems such as Moodle, providing technical support and training to users.
Semester Preparation & Archiving
Carrying out preparations for the new academic term, archiving previous term courses, and performing system version upgrades.
Integration & Plugin Management
Monitoring interfaces and web services of integrated systems; managing plugins and providing related support.
Account Management
Managing user accounts and authorization assignments for online course applications.
License & Reservation
Tracking user license reservations, managing licenses, and ensuring optimization.
Live Course Applications
Managing online course applications, account and license tracking, software development, and user support.
Cloud Recording & Analytics
Providing technical support for saving course recordings to the cloud and reporting usage statistics.
Online Exam Support
Providing user support for the online examination system and ensuring smooth operation of the exam infrastructure.
Application Account Management
Managing accounts and access policies for e-learning, cloud, and video conferencing applications.
Reporting & Improvement
Analyzing system usage data, preparing reports, and developing recommendations to improve services.
Regulations & Other Duties
Performing other duties assigned within the framework of directives and applicable legislation.
