Coordination Branch Directorate
Duties and Responsibilities
The Information Technology Coordination Branch Directorate is an administrative unit responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating procurement, tendering, budgeting, movable asset management, and correspondence processes within the Department. The main duties carried out within this scope are listed below.
Personnel Affairs
To ensure the execution of personnel affairs of the Department.
Document & Archive Management
To carry out document registration, distribution, filing, and archiving processes.
Strategic Planning & Budgeting
To plan and execute strategic plans, budgeting, accounting, and other administrative activities.
Movable Asset Registration & Inventory
To register and inventory movable assets and prepare management accounts.
Meetings & Secretariat
To provide meeting and secretariat services in line with the work schedule.
User Requests
To develop solutions for end-user issues and forward them to relevant units.
Procurement Tracking
To monitor procurement requests and purchasing processes.
Stock & Consumables Management
To monitor stock levels of consumables and ensure procurement of spare parts.
Disposal & Transfer Processes
To manage storage and archival transfer of end-of-life materials.
Needs Coordination
To coordinate the identification of equipment and material needs.
Statutory Duties
To perform other duties assigned within the framework of applicable legislation.
